The recent behavior displayed by Logan City council woman Tami Pyfer was disgusting and below low! This shows yet again the level of ignorance, disrespect and disdain that exists toward the citizens of Logan and really the County as a whole. The video can be viewed here.

Steve Bower, who I personally do not know had 5 minutes to freely speak his mind in which she interrupted him in a very rude manor! She did not want to listen to anyone of whom she opposed. Instead, she got up and left like a little cry baby. At the end of his speech, you can see her come back to her seat with a stupid little smirk on her face. Steve Thompson, in light of criticism actually behaved himself quite well this time around. Last time he made a statement of how "they were his meetings." Last time I checked, they were the publics meetings! Those that have any level of authority like to let you know it. They like to belittle, degrade and dumb down the public to be their little puppets. They show no level of respect for people's individual freedoms, individual sovereignty, individual rights or individual belongings. When they get the occasional person who can see over their crap and does not buy into their fallacies and BS, they freak out as council woman Pyfer did, they act like a little child who couldn't get their own way! They end up throwing a temper tantrum like she did.

In their own twisted, power hungry minds, you have the right to speak at City/County Council meetings only by their good graces and as long as you agree with their policies/BS. If you disagree with them, watch out!

Logan City and Cache County are way out of line! To put it best, they are out of control. They want as much power as they can get over us all. They want all of our Tax money, our property, our rights, our freedoms and on and on. They are not acting like Americans should act. These meetings are the publics meetings. The chambers are owned by the public. Ultimately, even though they obviously have forgotten, we give them their power! We can also take it back when it is abused. I will make sure to do my part so they are voted out of office next time around!

mulholland, you are wrong again! By the way, what does Hatch and Bishop have to do with Tami Pifer acting like a complete moron at a meeting? They are Federal, we are talking about local elected people in this thread! You really sound like a broken record at times. It doesn't make any difference if Bower sounded "off his rocker" as you put it. He had the floor! It is the responsibility of those who hold office to listen to everyone even if they disagree! That goes for Tami Pifer! She should resign over this! Quit making excuses for her and the other crazies we have in office around here!
